Bill Kelly is a CPA with more than 30 years experience in accounting, auditing and litigation support. Since 1991, Mr. Kelly has served as an expert and lead consultant in over 30 major civil cases involving companies listed on the major stock exchanges. In addition, he has served in the similar capacity in numerous litigation cases involving smaller entities.

Mr. Kelly's litigation experience comes from cases involving a broad range of industries including oil and gas, energy industry construction, banking, real estate, manufacturing, distribution, high tech, health care, and insurance.

The cases in which Mr. Kelly provided his consulting expertise were matters involving contractual disputes, breaches of fiduciary duty, SEC violations, accounting malpractice, and bankruptcies.

Mr. Kelly has served as the CFO for small to medium-sized companies in the banking, petrochemical services, and real estate industries.

Mr. Kelly started his career with the international accounting firm of KPMG, specializing in auditing and consulting work. During his five years with KPMG, he performed audits and provided consulting work for clients in the banking, agriculture, manufacturing and oil and gas industries.

Mr. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting from Texas Tech University. He has been a certified public accountant since 1971.
